Lots of people train for lots of reasons. I think the best possible reason is a good training makes you feel great and sets future you up for success.

In addition to these feel good factors a great training program can also help you change your body composition so that you gain a little muscle and lose a little fat. However these should be treated as side effects rather than main effects as how you feel should always take precendence over how you look!
